Accreditation

Stay with confidence!

SERVICED ACCOMMODATION PROVIDERS LISTED WITHIN THIS DIRECTORY HAVE ALL ACHIEVED THE ESTABLISHED CODE OF CONDUCT REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP OF ASAP.

THEY ARE THEN ALLOCATED TO ONE OF TWO CATEGORIES; ACCREDITED PROVIDERS OR OTHER PROVIDERS

Accredited Providers
These ASAP members have met ISAAP’s Compliance Accreditation scheme standards through a process of independently, externally verified health, safety and due diligence evidenced activities. This achievement provides further reassurance that they are operating and providing safe and secure accommodation for guests.

Other Providers
These members have yet to go through an accreditation process. ASAP are working to encourage them to participate in an ISAAP scheme to gain a recognised accreditation, but, in the meantime, please rest assured that they conform fully to our ASAP code of conduct. Some of these members hold a recognised Quality and Comfort Certification, also available through and awarded by ISAAP.

Providers holding Quality and Comfort Certification can assure their guests that the company has achieved or exceeded the necessary established quality and comfort standard, as designated by their QCC rating Score and which differentiates them from providers in this section who have not elected yet to participate.

ISAAP Accreditation

The International Serviced Accommodation Accreditation Process – ISAAP – is the leading global provider of quality assessment, reporting and recognition awards for the serviced accommodation, corporate housing, and executive suites sector of the hospitality industry.

ISAAP provides recognition and accreditation awards to members of the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP), the Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA), and the Global Alliance of Serviced Accommodation (GASA) and currently has accredited companies in over 20 countries.

The ISAAP accreditation awards can also be obtained by any serviced accommodation provider which meets the essential criteria but is not a member of a recognised association.

ACCREDITATION AND RECOGNITION AWARDS

Compliance Assured Provider with Infection Prevention and Control (IPC)  is one that has demonstrated that they, as a company, satisfy the established criteria of safety, security, and duty of care, with a proven culture of proactive due diligence. And in achieving the IPC, they have confirmed their conformance to recommended standards of enhanced sanitization and hygiene in response to the threat of a pandemic virus, such as Covid-19, which was demonstrated via an extended evidential documentation verification process. This recognition award is renewable annually.

An Accredited Building is one operated in entirety and exclusively by the provider, satisfying the requirements of quality and comfort excellence in addition to all of the essential elements  of safety, security and duty of care afforded to guests. This is verified by an on-site inspection.

Building Accreditation is the ultimate verification of achievement of both quality and compliance-based criteria and is renewable annually.

A provider holding a Quality and Comfort Certification (QCC) can assure their guests that the company has achieved or exceeded the necessary pre-set quality and comfort scores as a differentiator from the competition. Each provider is allocated a score with a maximum of 5 based on a full assessment of properties, including an overnight stay.
